Widely known throughout the area as one of the best in the business, Art Johnson has the track record to prove it. He has been building and renovating homes for over 40 years -- both on his own and as lead construction manager for the city’s largest home builder. He is a veteran in both the residential and commercial arenas, and his knowledge is demonstrated in every project. When you want a contractor who is resourceful and skilled, let Art put his know-how to work for you. He has turned his passion for building into an “art.”

Art’s wife, Karen Johnson, is a Realtor and Broker/Owner of Chattanooga Real Estate Company. In addition to running her real estate firm, she is the woman at Art’s right hand. While she enjoys looking at jobs with Art, her main role is running the office. From invoicing to updating the firm’s social media sites and website to paying the vendors, there is always a lot going on behind the scenes.
This a family business and we make it a point to treat you like family. Here is ours. It’s large. It’s chaotic. And it’s lots of fun having 6 kids.
